Dr. Loader performs general pediatric ENT-surgery. This includes the removal of middle ear fluid, the placement of grommets and the removal or reduction of tonsil tissue. He believes in not only counselling the concerned parent, but also in explaining to the child what is going to happen, before it actually does. He also sympathetically answers questions put to him by the child.
